Panny Lawrence is the Founder and Managing Partner of Inception Group and Intelligent Motivations Group. Prior to this, he worked with HSBC and JP Morgan as Senior Business Consultant for Private Client Groups. Panny is tasked with investment and business development strategy and implementation alongside international sales network expansion and performance management for Workspace Commerce.

John Ellis was previously Chief Executive Officer of several international companies including UK Construction Link. He started his career in the commercial office sector in 2005 representing the UK government, in charge of Business Development with Servecorp; the Australian Securities Exchange listed office space solutions group, while managing over 60 companies in co-working/shared offices globally. John plans to grow the company to hold a portfolio of 30 locations globally in the next five years.
Arif KitchlewChief Financial Officer
Arif Kitchlew was CFO for Al Aqili Furnishings Group, OBS Group LLC and Haleeb Foods Limited to name a few. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. At Workspace Commerce, Arif’s mandate is to provide Senior Management advisory support inclusive of business plan development, growth strategy and acquisition advice, contract discussions to the Accounts and Finance Team.
George YianniGlobal Sales Director
George Yianni was a Senior Investment Manager in the UAE servicing HNWI and UHNWI clients. Prior to this, he was a senior banker with Santander UK. George is heading the Key Corporate Accounts for Workspace Commerce globally.
Jude Bance UK Commercial Director
Jude Bance is the UK Country Manager for the co-working arm of WorkSpace Commerce, which include our London brand Areaworks (UK). He is tasked with ensuring expansion plans of Areaworks across the UK are within the company’s timelines and business objectives. Alongside the overall operations management of the business, driving and sustaining membership growth and collectively responsible for the UK business growth.
Chris Callaghan Marketing and Project Director – UK and APAC
Mr Callaghan worked in the real estate development in New York, London and Shanghai, he soon found a good name for himself as a knowledgeable adviser and entrepreneur. He worked with large co-working brands in setting up and expansion, he has gained an in depth understanding of the changing nature of work spaces in China and the UK. A graduate of Columbia University in New York, Chris is an American citizen who grew up in London and has lived in many countries around the world.
Albina HaoPR and Marketing Consultant
Albina Hao was PR and Marketing Consultant for Regent Consultancy and Acorn Executive Services in the UAE. Prior to this, she was Head of Consumer Department for Cohn & Wolfe-Impact Asia, a WPP company. Albina is currently working with a team of digital and media marketing consultants to ensure Workspace Commerce’s presence in the offline and online sphere is competitive and in line with its brand and business goals.
Karen AherneMarketing Manager
Karen is an experienced Marketing Manager, who has worked with a diverse range of B2B and B2C brands. With experience working in large global organisations as well as high-growth start-ups, she is well positioned to head up the marketing team for WSC. Her experience across all aspects of marketing; from traditional to digital, and everything in between, will be put to good use as she is tasked with taking our brand to the next level, in line with business objectives.
Charles WilkinsonHead of Asset Management
Charles was previously Head of Commercial Agency at Levene Commercial responsible for the disposal (sales and lettings) and acquisition of commercial property for clients. Prior to this, he worked in Asset Management for Blackrock Merrill Lynch and Schroders to name a few. He is also an Associate member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an accredited Energy Assessor. Charles is heading the Asset Management in expanding the portfolio of properties to provide commercial space across the UK for the co- working arm of Workspace Commerce. This includes the project management of refurbishment works and ensuring spaces are ready for use.
